Purpose of the development: For ultrafast freezing of tissues, cultures of somatic cells, reproductive cells during cryopreservation and storage at liquid nitrogen temperature.

Recommended application field: Reproductive medicine, animal husbandry, science.

Technical characteristic: The size of the device is 787 х 400 х 520 mm. Main parts: - vacuum pump (2NVR-5DM); - thermos with a capacity of 8.4 l (useful - 4 l); - single-channel temperature recorder in the range from +50 to -270 ° С; Connect to computer via USB port. The time of registration of the freezing process is from 10 to 118 s. System requirements - Windows ME / NT / 2000 / XP / Vista / 7/8/10.

Advantages over analogues: There are no analogs of the device. Superfast freezing of objects in supercooled nitrogen (-210 ° C) provides a high percentage of cell survival in samples after the thawing-freezing cycle, which increases the efficiency of protocols for the storage of living objects.
