Immunoassay test systems are designed using the obtained monoclonal antibodies highly specific for human fibrin and D-dimer, respectively, as part of an immunosorbent. The principle of the analysis is based on a bisite enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay with signal amplification due to the formation of a complex of biotin-streptavidin-peroxidase. The absence of cross-reaction of monoclonal antibodies that are part of the immunosorbent with fibrinogen and other proteins of the blood coagulation system provides a high specificity of test systems. They tested: in the leading clinics of Ukraine and received positive reviews and recommendations of a number of famous professors of these clinics. Received state registration.
