By interacting the patient's blood plasma with a prothrombin activator in the presence of calcium ions, it provides the formation of thrombin in the blood plasma and, in turn, leads to the conversion of fibrinogen to fibrin with the formation of a fibrin gel, which has adhesive properties; by using a reagent kit to obtain a fibrin gel containing the necessary sterile components: - lyophilized enzyme; - calcium chloride solution - saline.
