UNIVERSAL PIE-RESONANCE MOISTURE MEASURING OF BULK MATERIALS
Purpose of the development:
The universal piezoresonance meter is designed for the operational control of the moisture content of substances with a discrete structure (grain crops, sugar, molding sand, building materials, etc.) using the dielectric method.
Recommended application field:
The universal piezoresonance measuring instrument of humidity of loose substances can be used in the agro-industrial complex, medicine, the mining and chemical industries both in portable execution, and as a part of control and measuring systems of control of humidity and temperature.
Technical characteristic:
- the upper limit of measuring relative humidity (depending on the substance) - 5-30%;
- resolution - 0.1%;
- the limit of permissible basic error is 0.5%;
- the duration of a single measurement (with loading of the material) - no more than 1 min;
- power supply - 9 V battery or stabilized 9-12 V source;
- weight - not more than 0.85 kg.
Advantages over analogues:
The moisture meter differs from its analogs by high accuracy and increased measurement accuracy, the only universal sensor for all types of materials, increased resource and durability, digital indication of the measurement process, simplicity and ease of operation with the device.

Description of the development:
() The principle of the meter is based on the physical dependence of the dielectric constant of a substance on moisture. The original design of the piezoresonance transducer allows you to create a unified approach to measurement, which ensures the versatility of the device and greatly simplifies its hardware implementation. Composition of the moisture meter: universal measuring cell, quartz measuring oscillator, mixer, direct-synthesis digital synthesizer, microcontroller and alphanumeric display.
