Purpose of the development: For the selection, registration, processing of acoustic emission signals and signals about the operating parameters of the object under study (load force, temperature, mechanical characteristics of the material at the time of the study and a number of others), as well as to determine the location of acoustic emission sources.

Recommended application field: Oil industry.

Technical characteristic: Telemetry AE-systems correspond to modern world analogues both in terms of technical characteristics and software, namely: - preamplifier gain - 35 dB; - maximum gain of the logarithmic amplifier - 92 dB; - sampling rate of AE signal - 0.5 MHz; - digit capacity of the AE channel of the AE channel - 8; - measurement error of the moment of arrival of the AE signal in channels - 4 µs; - apparatus data packet size - 1024 bytes; - transmission time of data packets of four apparatus - 2 s; - the value of the time interval for the selection of AE information in MRPP - up to 2 s; - time of continuous work of PPPM - 12 hours.

Advantages over analogues: - the portability of the system makes it possible to use it both in the field conditions of diagnosing control objects, and in hard-to-reach, high-altitude and other conditions; - simple and clear software interface; - a convenient help system allows the user to quickly master the skills of working with the device; - compactness and successful design of the system makes it easy and convenient to transport; - autonomous power allows using the system in places where the network power supply is limited or absent.

The development stage readiness: Introduced in production

Technical and economic effect: Radiotelemetric acoustic emission monitoring systems can be introduced into serial production in Ukraine without any special investments, which will increase the efficiency of monitoring and diagnosing products and structures, especially long-term operation and increased danger, and then effectively build a single GPRS or Internet information collection network.
