DEVICE FOR CRYOPRESERVATION OF MAMMALIAN EMBRYOS BASED ON PASSIVE COOLING IN THE NECK DEWARS

Technical characteristic:
Fuser stainless steel cup with a wall thickness of 10 mm, inside which the insert is placed in a cylinder made of copper. Freezer tubes made for Ulenguta freeze mode and performs with the magnitude of the average velocity in ~ 0,3 ° C / min, acceleration A ~ 0 ° C / min.
Advantages over analogues:
Development has several advantages over similar products, in particular: 1) passive cooling fuser mode that provides freeze close to linear; 2) the value of the developed device poryadkok at below the cost of analog.

Description of the development:
() Proposed two-component model of the fuser (metal-to-air) for cryopreservation of mammalian embryos. Manufactured fuser using two air-metal materials so that these materials are mutually offset each other, wherein the ratio of 2/3 of the metal to the third air. Found that the level of safety when thawed mouse embryos in cryopreservation vials Ulenguta device was developed in 73,3 ± 19,0% (n = 15), the viability of 70,3 ± 12,0%, 76,9 ± efficiency cryopreservation 8 0 %.
