METHODOLOGY FOR MULTIVARIATE BIOTECHNOLOGICAL EXPERIMENTS


Purpose of the development: Development provides an opportunity to conduct a multivariate experiment with multiple reduction experiments.

Recommended application field: Fundamental biotechnology.

Technical characteristic: Increases the accuracy of determining the effectiveness of a full cycle of biotechnological process and its constituent phases to separate the values of estimation error of a parameter that is measured. Mathematical apparatus and the software allows you to perform a multivariate analysis and optimization of biotechnological experiment in reducing the number of experiments is proportional to the number of parameters that are studied together.

Advantages over analogues: Makes it possible to reduce the time and material costs (number bioobject volume of reagents, energy consumption, etc.) 3-10 times subject to obtaining reliable results.

Technical and economic effect: To obtain reliable results reduces the number of biological objects up to 15 pieces. In this economic effect is 5000 USD

A methodology cryobiological studies (complex methods on the task to get the result in the form of a mathematical model), which allows for multivariate experiment with multiple reduction experiments. Developed a method for objective evaluation of the effectiveness of the process steps based on the use of heterogeneity bioobject. Developed a set of methods and technological methods of determining the conditions to solve this problem on a study to build a mathematical model study. From a quantitative account of the different initial state bioobject its amount is reduced by an order.
