Developed a method for objective evaluation of the effectiveness of the process steps based on the use of heterogeneity bioobject. Developed a set of methods and technological methods of determining the conditions to solve this problem on a study to build a mathematical model study. From a quantitative account of the different initial state bioobject its amount is reduced by an order.
