DEVELOPMENT OF PIEZOELECTRIC CONVERTERS FOR NON-DESTRUCTIVE CONTROL SYSTEMS
Purpose of the development:
Ukrainian University offers the development of piezoelectric transducers for ultrasonic systems of automated non-destructive testing of metal products.
Recommended application field:
- defense industry;
- transport (railway, aviation);
- nuclear power;
- mechanical engineering;
- construction (tunnels, bridges, road surfaces, industrial buildings, etc.);
- oil and gas industry;
- chemical industry.

Description of the development:
() 1. Development of ultrasonic piezoelectric transducers in the operating frequency range from 0.1 MHz to 25 MHz, in particular:
- direct contact;
- inclined team or integral design;
- with interchangeable delay lines;
- immersion;
- specialized on the basis of: composite piezomaterials; piezoelectric phased antenna arrays.
2. Development of ultrasound tomographic systems with electron beam scanning based on piezoelectric phased antenna arrays for automated control of metal products, namely nodes, mechanisms and structures.
