Advantages over analogues: The developed structural details, as compared with similar foreign and domestic medical products, have low cost, improved performance characteristics, allowing to avoid the need for repeated surgical interventions, reduce the likelihood of complications in the postoperative period, show a prolonged therapeutic effect.

Structural details in the form of surface plates are nanostructured composite materials based on epoxy polyurethane, which contains a filler and a drug in its composition. Structural details have a local therapeutic effect due to the prolonged release of the drug for a long time, are implants that are biodegradable.
