Purpose of the development: For the isolation and purification of polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies with ascitic fluid, serum, culture fluid; class G immunoglobulin fractionation into subclasses; isolation of antigen / antibody complexes by immunoprecipitation.

Recommended application field: The medicine. In research institutes, research laboratories.

Technical characteristic: Affinity sorbent based on microcrystalline cellulose CC31 with immobilized recombinant protein A of Staphylococcus aureus in the form of a 50% suspension in 20% ethanol; sorbent granule size ~ 60-75 microns; ligand immobilization density is ~ 1.5-2.0 mg ligand / ml sorbent.

Advantages over analogues: The use of affinity sorbent will allow the purification of antibodies in one step. The cost of the proposed affinity sorbent is lower compared to analogues.
