Purpose of the development: The tool is intended for the correction of violations of intrarenal hemodynamics and, accordingly, the correction of hypoxic-ischemic conditions in the kidney parenchyma.

Advantages over analogues: The main advantage is the possibility of using the tool for the correction of violations of intrarenal hemodynamics in cases where blood flow restoration is surgically either ineffective or impossible.

Description of the development:

It contains the main growth factor of fibroblasts in a complex with a carrier based on modified cross-linked heparin as a means for correcting circulatory disorders in the kidneys with ischemia. Pilot experimental studies have demonstrated the effectiveness of this approach to restore blood flow in the kidneys with experimentally modeled ischemia in a chronic experiment.
