DISPERSED REINFORSING ADDITIVES FOR ASPHALT CONCRETE "FIBRO-CROC"


Purpose of the development: Intended to improve the deformation properties of dense asphalt mixes continuous particle size distribution.

Recommended application field: Construction, asphalt laying.

Advantages over analogues: Benefits: - Heat-resistant microfiber "Fibro-CROC" not only have a stabilizing effect, but also actively involved in the redistribution of the stress energy mechanical loads in all types of asphalt; - Effectively increase the crack resistance of asphalt concrete at low temperatures; - Significantly increase the thermal stability of the compositions at temperatures above 50 degrees C; - Improve the adhesive-cohesive interaction of the components of asphalt concrete; - Increase the workability of the mixture and reduce the temperature of the seal.

Developed domestic disperstnomikroarmiruyuschaya additives for asphalt is not as effective as imported stabilizing fibers type "Dolanit AS", obespechivyuschaya extend the life of asphalt pavements. "Fibro-CROC" - is a mixture of heat-resistant polymer synthetic fibers in free or bound form high melting bitumen; they are stronger than the cellulose fibers in 40 times thermostable at 230 - 240 degrees C, the equilibrium moisture content of not more than 2%. According to the firm FISIPE similar polyacrylic fiber stress relaxation time is twice as effective in asphalt cellulosic fibers. For the preparation of conventional and crushed stone mastic asphalt concrete mixtures bitumen brand BND 60/90 is recommended to use 0.1% -0.3 "Fibro-CROC" by weight of the mineral material. Particularly effective additive 0.1% "Fibro-CROC" in polymer-bitumen asphalt concrete. MND bitumen 60/90 containing 0.3% "Fibro-CROC" on physical and mechanical parameters of the corresponding polymer-modified bitumen. Sequence mixtures manufacturing process is carried out according to State Standard B.V.2.7 - 119. The fibers are introduced into the mineral material prior to the addition of the bitumen. Blending mode: 10 - 20 with stirring and mineral fiber materials; 30 bitumen with stirring; 10 to 20 with stirring until the mixture gomogenezatsii. Allowed prior administration of fiber "fiber-CROC" in bitumen. The optimum fiber content "Fibro-CROC", depending on the type and properties of the original minerals should be specified in the CFL condition for each specific production.
