Advantages over analogues: Amitosin has no analogues in the world. The drug has no immunosuppressive action, does not inhibit blood formation, has immunomodulatory and carcinolytic effects. Prolonged administration of therapeutic doses does not lead to a toxic effect. A tenfold administration of the drug in a dose of 1 / 10-1 / 16 LD 50 does not cause pathological changes in the internal organs. Clinical study of Amitozina in a number of Ukrainian clinics for incurable cancer patients of Stage III and IV prostate cancer, ovarian cancer, esophagus, mesothelioma, etc. showed the presence of the antitumor effect of the drug in about 75% of cases.
