Purpose of the development: To diagnose the infection of animals with the causative agent of tuberculosis.

Recommended application field: Agriculture. Veterinary Medicine Livestock.

Technical characteristic: The test system contains an immunosorbent made on the basis of highly immunogenic and highly specific antibodies against M. bovis recombinant genetically fused antigen MPB63-MPB83 M. bovis own production.

Advantages over analogues: The test system is unique. Compared with the known, it is accurate, simple, reliable in work and affordable for livestock farms in Ukraine.

The proposed test system is used to diagnose the infection of animals with the causative agent of tuberculosis at the herd level, animals with latent tuberculosis, as well as animals with allergic reactions to tuberculin, which are hidden sources of the tuberculosis pathogen.
