NON-COMBUSTIAL HEAT-INSULATING MATERIALS


Purpose of the development: It is offered to use a number of nonflammable thermal insulation materials for: complex insulation of vertical surfaces of various shapes and configurations, building structures, facades and internal surfaces of walls; insulation and anticorrosive protection of pipelines and elements of pipeline systems, industrial, boiler and capacitive equipment with a temperature of the coolant to +160 ° С, in peak mode to +190 ° С; complex protection of metal constructions with the use of heat-resistant and heat-insulating materials with a high coke residue (up to 60% at a temperature of 600 ° C); heat insulation of objects with increased fire safety requirements. It is suggested to use a series of non-combustible heat-insulating materials for: complex thermal insulation of vertical surfaces of various forms and configurations, building structures, facades and internal surfaces of walls; thermal insulation and anticorrosion protection of pipelines (steam pipes) and elements of pipeline systems, industrial, boiler and capacitive equipment with a temperature of a heat-carrier up to +160 ° С, in peak mode to +190 ° С; complex protection of metal structures using heat-resistant and heat-insulating materials with a high coke residue (up to 60% at a temperature of 600 ° C); heat insulation of objects with increased fire safety requirements.

Recommended application field: The development can be used in civil and industrial construction, at heat supply enterprises.

Technical characteristic: The thickness of one coating layer does not exceed 0.4 mm, the drying time of one coating layer is 2-4 hours at room temperature and 24 hours when applying every 2 mm coating layer. Maximum thickness - 10-12 mm, the density of the finished coating: 0.35-0.55 g / cm3; tensile strength: 0.7-2.0 MPa; relative lengthening of 5-15%; heat conductivity coefficient: not more than 0.1 W / (m * ° С); specific heat: not less than 1.6 kJ / kg * ° С; decrease in heat loss with a coating thickness of 1 mm: up to 250%; adhesion to metal and concrete: 1 point; durability: 10-20 years.

The materials are water-based or alcohol-based liquid compositions that contain polymeric film-forming agents, polymeric, glass, ceramic or other microspheres, low density fillers (flour made from wood or rice husk), flame retardants and other technological additives. They are applied to the surface to be protected with a paint sprayer, roller or brush.
