Purpose of the development: Medium temperature greases are designed for heavy duty low-speed and high-speed friction, sliding and rolling units operating at temperatures up to 250 ° С, high-temperature lubricants for heavy-loaded low-speed friction and sliding assemblies operating at temperatures up to 400-450 ° С and short-term up to 800 ° WITH.

Recommended application field: Lubricants can be used for automobiles, in mechanical engineering, in the operation of rolling mills, machine tools, in the baking industry, in the production of glass and glass products.

Advantages over analogues: The anti-wear properties of medium-temperature oils are 9–13 times higher compared to Litol-24 oil, which increases the service life of friction pairs several times. In this case, the antiwear properties of these oils increase with an increase in the specific load, which is observed for the first time and is realized due to a special organic sulfur-phosphorus additive. Compared with foreign counterparts, high-temperature lubricants are efficient at higher temperatures, the duration of lubricating action when applied once and anti-wear properties are 2-2.5 times higher. Oils withstand exposure to corrosive environments and are not washed off with water, which reduces environmental pollution.

Medium temperature greases are designed for bearings in the wheel hubs, generators, water pumps, for threaded connections, car ball bearings, in the roll hubs of the rolling lines of rolling mills, during operation of machines, etc. High-temperature greases are effective for lubricating chain and gear gears, for example, in annealing furnaces of aluminum tubes, baking bricks, for lubricating roller mechanisms of kilns of furnaces, for heating metal during its hot working, for lubricating hubs of rolls of rolling lines of rolling mills, threaded connections and bayonet gates chemical reactors, etc.
