Coating Zinga - an extremely efficient thin-film zinc protection of all ferrous metals from corrosion. Zinga combines the advantages of two well-known ways to protect iron from rust: hot-dip galvanizing and coatings, but has a number of drawbacks. As a dual system, Zinga provides active (cathodic) and passive (barrier / Film) protection against rust, which is an original technology of galvanizing, patented under the name Zinganisation (zinganizatsiya). Zinga - an industrial product quality, which is a single component liquid composition (fully ready for use), consisting of zinc purity avtomizirovannogo 99,995% (ISO 752), binders and volatile substances (unsaturated hydrocarbons). In the dry coating layer Zinga contains 96% zinc (ISO 354-1976). Zinganizatsiya (Zinganisation) is the only one of its kind technology galvanizing Zinga by applying to the prepared surface of ferrous metals. Zinga is comparable to hot-dip galvanized for corrosion protection efficiency, though so easy to apply the paint. The service life of the coating is 25 - 30 years, depending on the operating conditions and the thickness of the zinc layer. Coating on top of Zinga. Most paint adhere to the Zinga coating without additional surface preparation, allowing Zinga as the first layer in multilayer special anti-corrosion systems (chemical, oil and gas, hydro, energy facilities, special purpose, for rail, water and road transport).
