Biotechnology has the following basic elements: obtaining callus cultures from the explants of seedling shoots apical meristem; the use of cultured filtrate of the pathogen of opiobolicucho and mannitol as selective factors, the use of original nutrient media for caluso-formation and regeneration; conducting cell selection according to certain schemes, testing in laboratory and vegetation conditions for complex resistance to stress factors. Upon request, scientific support is provided.
