Technical characteristic: - the maximum value of the measured displacement, mm: 60; - measurement error, µm, not more than: 0.1; - range of operating frequencies of the output signal, kHz: 10 ... 400; - supply voltage: 5 ± 0.5; - operating temperature range, ° С: -10 ... + 60; - overall dimensions, mm: 100x85x35.

The generator-type displacement sensor is made on the basis of an acousto-electronic element on surface acoustic waves. Structurally and electrically, the sensor is easily combined with microprocessor technology, which allows its use in control systems of automated equipment. The sensor can be modified according to customer requirements.
