TROLLEY CARGO RAIL VEHICLES WITH IMPROVED DYNAMICS AND STRENGTH


Purpose of the development: Ukrainian University has developed a freight car cart with improved indicators of dynamism and strength, which is based on the creation of axle box spring suspension.

Recommended application field: Enterprises of railway engineering.

Advantages over analogues: According to the results of research, the new carriage has: greater energy efficiency by 13%, which is a corresponding decrease in the cost of cravings; extended service life of at least 2 years.

This project solves the following problems: 1. Strengthening the most dangerous areas of the truck, namely the radius transitions R55 of boxen openings, by introducing axle strings with a pre-stressed state, which helps to reduce the maximum equivalent stresses by 36-50%. 2. The introduction of elastic coupling axle boxes with side frames. This allows you to reduce the unsprung weight of the trolley, reduce the dynamic load on the side frames (level of stresses and accelerations), increase the energy efficiency of the car (decrease resistance to movement) by 11-15%. 3. Extension of the service life of casting freight car trucks. For side frames and bogie beams of carts with an additional axle suspension degree of spring suspension, by reducing the dynamic load, it is possible to increase the service life to at least 42 years. 4. Development of a new generation trolley project with elastic-dissipative bearing elements. Partially, the results of the work were implemented during the implementation of the research and development work of the Research and Design Institute of Technology of PJSC Ukrzaliznytsia for extending the service life of carriages of railroad car services, which resulted in savings for PJSC Ukrzaliznytsya for 2016-2017 pp. more than 10 mln.
