ANALYZER IHP - ANALYTICAL SYSTEM FOR MEASURING THE CONCENTRATION OF TOXIC ELEMENTS

Purpose of the development: IHP analyzer is an automated, highly sensitive analytical system designed to measure the concentration of 20 chemical elements in liquid samples.

Recommended application field: Quality control and certification of food products and raw materials for their production, analysis of drinking and waste water, soil, feed, crop production, air of the working area and other objects of the biosphere.

Technical characteristic: Measuring ranges of mass concentration of chemical elements in water: mercury - from 0.0056 to 56 g / l; arsenic - from 0.028 to 28 g / l; lead, copper, nickel, cobalt - from 0.25 to 250 µg / l; cadmium, zinc - from 0.5 to 500 µg / l; iodine - from 2.5 to 250 µg / l; selenium - from 5.6 to 560 mcg / l; tin - from 10 to 1000 µg / l; chromium, manganese iron - from 25 to 2500 g / l; potassium, sodium, calcium, fluorine, ammonium, nitrates - from 0.2 to 6000 mg / l. The possibility of excluding indicators of background solutions. Minimum consumption of readily available chemical reagents of low concentration, which are not precursors.

Advantages over analogues: The program of the analyzer, due to the modern mathematical processing of the results of chemical analysis, provides high selectivity, repeatability and reliability of concentration determination, is distinguished by simplicity and convenience in work; easy operation of the system; low cost of operating costs.

The development stage readiness: Ready for application

Description of the development:
()
Using electrochemical measurement, the ICP analyzer determines the concentration of toxic elements: copper, zinc, lead, cadmium, tin, mercury, arsenic, nickel, cobalt, iron, manganese, selenium, iodine, chromium using pulsed inversion chronopotentiometry and potassium, sodium, calcium, fluorine , ammonium, nitrates by direct potentiometry using ion-selective electrodes. Approved 6 methods of measurement of chemical elements in water and soils. The analyzer is supplied with a control unit, electrodes, a magnetic stirrer, a stand for mounting the electrodes, software and operating documentation. If necessary, a computer, printer and methods for measuring chemical elements are supplied.
