Purpose of the development: The device allows ultra-ultrasonic treatment of liquids and can be used in technological processes related to the disinfection of liquids, filtration, the creation of high-quality stable emulsions, clarification of wastewater, cold sterilization of liquids, activation of liquids and fuels, etc.

Recommended application field: - automotive market (car owners, road transport enterprises); - refineries.

Description of the development:

A device for ultrasonic cavitation treatment of a fluid includes a pipe for fluid flow, acoustically decoupled from the inlet and outlet flanges-nozzles, ultrasonic vibratory drives, an additional pipe to form the annulus blocked for the flow of fluid, a small bore hole connected to the inner surface of the additional pipe, the outer surface additional pipe is made conical with a slope against the flow of fluid. Cavitation device allows you to activate the fluid due to hydrodynamic cavitation and magnetic effects. The device operates in a wide range of flow variations and in a wide temperature range. Activated liquid fuel has an increased energy performance of combustion.
