Purpose of the development: Developed foam concrete structures are designed to ensure the overlap of small spans while solving the issues of sound and heat insulation for use in monolithic and prefabricated monolithic residential and office buildings built on weak soils in order to reduce the load on the weight of the building and reduce operating costs.

Recommended application field: Industrial construction, civil and housing construction.

Advantages over analogues: - the use of non-autoclaved foam concrete allows to significantly reduce the cost of construction; - solves the issue of reducing operating costs as a result of improved heat and sound insulation properties of the material.

Three types of foam concrete structures that work in bending are developed: - reinforced beams, which are made of non-autoclaved fibro-foam concrete of brand 0800-01200 with working fittings of class А240С-A400С for the calculated long-term load up to 4.5 kN / m; - reinforced slabs with a span of 3 m from foam concrete of grade 0800-01200, reinforced with knitted wire nets of 200 mm in height, equipped at the ends with plate anchors, for a payload of 150 kN / m2 and above; - precast-monolithic complex slabs, in which reinforced slabs made of heavy concrete, on top of which non-autoclave foam concrete is laid, are used as a formwork slab, under a payload of more than 200 kN / m2.
