Purpose of the development: The development will make it possible to obtain nitrogen-calcium-humic sulfur-containing fertilizers from domestic raw materials and help maintain ecological balance with an increase in crop yields by 20–30% and a significant improvement in the quality characteristics of the product part of the crop.

Recommended application field: Production of environmentally friendly fertilizers.

Technical characteristic: - modular unit designed for the processing of aqueous solutions of sulfate with mineral and humic components, depending on the needs of the consumer; - granules with a size of 1.5-4.5 mm make up 90% of the mass.; - the strength of granules fraction +2.0 is 10 N / granule; - uniform distribution of mineral and organic components.

Advantages over analogues: Development of technological bases and equipment for obtaining mineral-humic fertilizers of directional action from domestic raw materials will contribute to solving an important national economic task - the preservation and restoration of soil fertility.

The technical idea of the project was developed, experimental samples of fertilizers were made. Field studies of fertilizers have been carried out and the expected results have been obtained. The composition of the industrial plant for the production of nitrogen-calcium-humic sulfur-containing fertilizers: granulator; heat generator; dry cyclone; wet cyclones; SIOT washer; bunkers of granulation centers; capacity; capacity for CA solution; capacity for humic substances and impurities; conveyor; installation for packing; fans; centrifugal pumps; disintegrator.
