TRANSFER OF INNOVATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES

DELIVERY SYSTEMS FOR GAS-POWDER MIXTURE TO THE AREA OF ACTION OF FOCUSED LASER RADIATION


Purpose of the development: Developed (and comprehensively tested) supply systems for gas-powder mixture (FMS) in the zone of action of focused laser radiation are intended for installation in modern laser technological complexes that implement surfacing technologies, rapid production of products and doping.

Recommended application field: Mechanical engineering, product manufacturing and alloying, repair and maintenance of machines, in particular, surface treatment of machine parts.

Advantages over analogues: Thanks to the technical solutions, it is possible to: • laser surfacing (alloying) of parts surfaces with any complex surface, that is, restoration (during surfacing) of not only elementary surfaces of parts (plane, cylinder, etc.), but also directly complex spatial structures: turbine blades, pumps, steam propeller screws, etc .; • change (during processing) the cross section of the weld roll; • change (during processing) the composition of the FMS and, accordingly, the properties of the layer of material created on the surface of the part.

These systems are primarily responsible for the performance and quality of the technological operation that is performed. These FPS supply systems for a laser radiation focusing spot operate confidently in a wide range of mass flow rates of the powder material (0.01, ..., 60 g / min) and easily adapt to the focusing nodes of laser radiation of any laser systems (high-power CO2, diode and laser lasers). fiber lasers), with the focusing of laser radiation into spots with different shapes (circle, square, rectangle, etc.) and allow you to process parts whose surfaces can be tilted to the horizon at an angle of up to 90 ° C.
