Advantages over analogues: The work corresponds to the world level, and the developed information-analytical prediction system, as well as mathematical and methodological support for solving problems of modeling and mitigating the effects of social disasters combined with text analytics methods of large amounts of unstructured data, have no analogues in the world practice of information technologies.

The information-analytical system is based on the use of the apparatus of analysis methods that use both expert assessments and analytics of unstructured data from available sources for a comprehensive study of social disasters, taking into account the incompleteness, inaccuracy, inaccuracy, speed of information about them. As a result of the work of such a system, scenarios are created for preventing and mitigating the effects of natural disasters in the context of sustainable development, taking into account the complex multiparameter connections between the elements of the object of study, as well as between the object of study and the environment.
