Created miniature generators chlorine sensor units and do not require calibration sensor systems. Unified series of electrochemical sensors of the new generation: two- and trёhelektrodnye sensors on standardized dimensions, pin, size and diffusion windows on a number of performance. The sensors operate at ambient air temperature from - 30 to + 50 degrees C and relative humidity 20-99%. The linearity of the sensor signal is not less than 35 full scale drift signal does not exceed 5% for 12 months, the temperature error is less than 1% at 1 degrees C. Analyzed air is supplied to the sensors in the diffusion mode, or fed gas boosters. Warranty sensor life - one year life span - up to 5 years. Electrochemical chlorine generator: - To calibrate the sensor to create miniature chlorine generator diameter of 26 and 20 mm in height. Chlorine Source generator is 200 mg, which corresponds to the total length of time for 300 hours with an air flow 0.02 m [3], h [-1] and a chlorine concentration of 10 ppm (30 mg m [-3]). The chlorine concentration can be adjusted from 0.1 to 60 ppm at a flow rate of diluent from 0.01 m to 0.03 [3], h [-1]. the life of the generator - to complete exhaustion of chlorine or up to five years. Sensor unit: - Created as part of the sensor unit and chlorine generator (diameter 40, height 20 mm) for gas analyzers and multi-channel detection system of chlorine in the air. Using blocks allows automatic diagnosis distatsionnuyu chlorine sensor system. The system of electrochemical sensors: - A system consisting of two single-type electrochemical sensors and other devices designed to measure low concentrations of toxic gases in the air. The software system allows measurement without calibration of electrical sensors.
