Technical characteristic: Power supply: 220 V, 50 Hz / 60 Hz. Light source: LED module. Number of LEDs in the module: 4. Power module: 18 watts. Light efficiency of the module: 114 lm / W. Module luminous flux: 2000 lm. Color temperature: 3000 K.

Advantages over analogues: By improving the cooling efficiency, the operating temperature of the LEDs does not exceed 55 ° C, which increases the reliability of the lamp and its service life. Compared with the use of incandescent lamps in a traditional luminaire, the power consumption is reduced 10 times when emitting the same luminous flux. Compared with the use of a compact fluorescent lamp containing mercury, environmental safety is ensured. Compared with the use of direct replacement LED lamps, the luminous flux increases significantly and the reliability of operation increases.

The development stage readiness: Ready for application

Technical and economic effect: Every year in Ukraine about 10 million m2 of housing is built, which, in terms of two-room apartments with an area of 65 m2, is 153.8 thousand apartments. The use of two lamps in each of them for 2 hours per day will provide energy savings (180-18) 2 365 2 153800 = 36,400,000 kW year per year.

Description of the development:

For the first time in the world, a fundamentally new design of a wall lamp with a volumetric LED module and a highly efficient heat removal system based on an aluminum heat pipe with a threaded capillary structure has been developed. Improving the efficiency of the heat sink is ensured by implementing a closed evaporation-condensation cycle of heat transfer inside the heat pipe, whereby the heat from the LEDs is effectively transferred to the decorative radiator, and the temperature of the LEDs decreases.
