TRANSFER OF INNOVATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES

ECOLOGICALLY SAFE METHOD FOR PROCESSING RENEWABLE BIOMASS INTO BIOHUMUS


Purpose of the development: The development is intended for the environmentally safe processing of renewable biomass (fallen leaves, mowed grass, waste of the private sector and "green" economy, etc.) into biohumus.

Recommended application field: The technology is intended for processing renewable biomass and mixtures from organic waste of settlements into biohumus for agriculture and business.

Advantages over analogues: Compared with existing technologies, the proposed technology is versatile and "flexible" with respect to: - the use of raw materials and mixtures with it; - minimization of processing time; - environmental safety; - obtaining high-quality biohumus. Innovations were proposed for the collection, sorting and (or) mixing of certain types of waste for the production of biohumus under the order, for example, the normalized relative vegetation index (indicator of the amount of active photosynthetic biomass, the NDVI index).

In the general structure of urban organic waste, a large proportion belongs to plant (18%) and food waste (25%), paper residues (up to 20%) and wood (3%), etc. Renewable biomass (fallen leaves, lawn grass, organic garbage and etc.) in human settlements is a valuable raw material and can be disposed of with the least harm to the environment and the greatest benefit to society due to processing for valuable fertilizer - biohumus. The proposed innovative technology allows the processing of renewable biomass and (or) other mixtures of organic waste into an ecological product that can be used in agriculture and urban economy, for the production of biologically active liquid fertilizer, soil mixture and in other sectors of the economy. The production process involves the use of the Californian worm and special additives, with the help of which organic waste is processed into biohumus (an average of 6 months of the warm period of the year using passive technology). During the main application, it is necessary to remember that solid biohumus replaces almost all the necessary plant nutrients and is highly effective for all plants in soils with neutral acidity (рh = 7.0). Humus can be briquetted, pelletized, and also used in various small fractions depending on the need.
