Ukraine has accumulated more than 20 thousand. Tons of unusable pesticides. Dispersed in numerous warehouses are often not adapted to their storage and in need of repair, pesticides pose a serious threat to the environment. Ongoing work on the packing of pesticides in a special packaging are a temporary solution to the problem. Only the destruction of the transformation of poisons into harmless to humans and the environment matter to rid Ukraine of this danger. No less dangerous situation with hospital waste, which is currently transported through densely populated areas and are buried. UkrSSEC "Energostal" based on the experience of many years of mobile incinerators for Southern Pacific Railroad and the port of "Southern" Odessa area develops technical documentation and supplies complete equipment mobile units for disposal of pesticides and the incineration of medical waste capacity of 50 kg / h. Installation are placed on the car and trailer are in the structure multi-stage gas treatment equipment, which provides the content of harmful impurities in the flue gases emitted at the level of the existing norms of Ukraine and the European Union. Gas treatment equipment installations include: - Afterburner to decompose most of the organic pollutants; - Catalytic apparatus for decomposing organic residues of hazardous substances; - Injection of alkali solution of inorganic acid binding compounds; - Bag filter to remove dust. Gas treatment equipment installation for neutralization of toxic chemicals further comprises: - Vortex apparatus for cleaning large fractions; - Charcoal filter to collect condensed mercury and cadmium. Installation work in the field of education or the accumulation of waste in the workplace are attached to the power supply 380 V. Installations serves a staff of two people. The company provides warranty service of the supplied equipment for two years after the start of operation, as well as technical support for the entire period of operation, the supply of worn components and assemblies, if necessary, additional equipment installation for the processing of other types of waste (eg liquid).
