Purpose of the development: For finishing and protection against physical and chemical corrosion of parts of escalators made from aluminum alloys.

Recommended application field: Mechanical Engineering.

Technical characteristic: The compressor (0.4-0.6 MPa) of the working suspension flow rate is 0.15-0.3 l / min, the gas flow velocity is more than 300 m / s.

Advantages over analogues: Compared to other finishing methods, the proposed technology is characterized by simplicity of the scheme, practically no heat generation and the ability to clean surfaces from contamination, oxide films, paint coatings, followed by the application of a protective coating, including and in hard to reach places.
