Purpose of the development: For processing worn tires (including cord), as well as rubber waste into fine disulcanised rubber powder and crumb with a large specific surface. Depending on the required performance, the line is completed with a different number of modules of the same type.

Recommended application field: Enterprises for the production of rubber products, as well as organizations for the processing of solid industrial and household waste.

Advantages over analogues: The resulting powder is 15-20 times cheaper than raw rubber. It can replace 20% of it for the production of tires and rubber products or 80% for the manufacture of consumer goods (soles, mats, etc.) and non-responsible products (substrates for rails, coatings for railway crossings, livestock farms, etc.).

In the line, effective grinding is carried out on a dispersant-extruder on the basis of the elastic-deformation method at moderate temperatures, followed by separation of metallic or textile cord elements from the resulting powder. The dispersion of the obtained powder is 0.1-1.0 mm.
