Purpose of the development: To solve problems associated with monitoring the marine environment and the behavior of underwater and surface objects in it. To solve the problems of protecting their state marine border, private companies to protect sea floating platforms for oil and gas, scientific organizations to monitor the behavior of marine animals, global monitoring of the seismic seabed.

Recommended application field: Border services at sea. Ports. Offshore drilling platforms. Ecological, scientific organizations.

Technical characteristic: The method of detection of marine objects: passive. Detection range of underwater objects: up to 100 km. Detection range of surface objects: up to 20 km. Classification of marine objects with a probability of at least 0.9. Depth of installation: up to 300 m. Dynamic range: at least 120 dB. Frequency range: 0.003-1000 Hz. Determining the direction to the sea objects: not worse than 2 °. Determination of the speed of marine objects: 0.5-50 knots. Time of continuous operation: at least 5 years. Registration and monitoring of tsunami waves: hundreds of kilometers. Earthquake monitoring: range limited.

Advantages over analogues: The algorithms and software used to process the received signals are unique and have no world analogues. These algorithms allow processing of signals even at the level of sea noise.
