ENERGY-EFFICIENT TECHNOLOGY OF ISOSTATIC GRAPHITE PRODUCTION

The results of the research have no analogues in Ukraine and correspond to analogues of such leading world manufacturers as TOYO TANSO, Tokai, IBIDEN (Japan), SLG (Germany), Mersel (France), Baofeng Five-star Graphite, Fangda Carbon New Material, Datong Xincheng New Material (China), in particular, in terms of PUE, productivity and quality indicators of finished products.

Industrial implementation of isostatic graphite production technology will improve the competitiveness of existing technological production cycles in the electrode, metallurgical, nuclear and microelectronic fields, and will also play a decisive role in creating new modern high-tech enterprises for the manufacture of high-yield goods that will create new jobs and increase the country's GDP.
Description of the development:
() Subject of implementation: numerical models of the physical fields of the processes of burning and graphitizing electrode blanks of isostatic graphite used to develop energy-efficient structures and regulations for the operation of equipment; experimental data on the intensity of gas emission blanks; the results of the numerical analysis of the energy efficiency of various designs of kilns and direct heating and their regulations; scientifically based energy-efficient designs and technological procedures for burning and graphitization of products in kilns and graphitization.
