Advantages over analogues: The development level corresponds to the world level in terms of creating adaptive control systems for cutting power through automatic feed control, and in terms of the developed system with control through the encoder rack of the CNC machine tool and the milling process optimization module, it exceeds the world level in that it automatically provides feed adjustment to level, reproduces the cutting performance that is optimal in productivity with unconditional provision of all requirements for the quality of finishing.

To implement the system, a minimum modernization of the machine is needed - equipping the CNC stand with a hardware module and a personal computer with the appropriate software. Experimental studies of the created adaptive control system made it possible to establish that it guarantees increased productivity, tool retention, and the greater the gain, the more complex the shape of the part to be processed. Processing contour, which is described by straight and circular arcs (one curved, second convex) performance gain 1.8 times. At the same time, the machined parts meet the requirements of the drawing in terms of surface roughness and accuracy.
