Purpose of the development: The development allows the supply of a wide range of low-power equipment under extreme conditions and is a reliable, portable, hermetic design and is intended for use by employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry for Emergencies, and the military personnel of the Armed Forces in the absence of access to centralized electricity supply.

Recommended application field: Maintenance of uninterrupted functioning of low-power equipment both special and general purpose special forces of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Emergencies, military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Advantages over analogues: The advantage of the developed combined power plant is the possibility of simultaneous receiving of energy both from air mass movement and from solar radiation, mobility, compactness, high reliability, practically around-the-clock efficiency in field conditions, the presence of mounted energy storage devices (accumulators), in the absence of fuel needs.

Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Emergencies, Armed Forces servicemen in emergency, field and other extreme conditions, when there is no access to centralized electricity supply, must be provided with reliable means for the organization of power supply of low-power equipment for both special and general purpose. A mobile combined photovoltaic / wind power plant with a capacity of 80 W with a power accumulation unit consisting of wind power and solar power stations has been developed. The installation will provide power or charge without access to the centralized power supply of a wide range of low-power equipment (laptops, radios, mobile telephones, thermal imagers, tablets, GPS-navigators, etc.) even at low illumination, and with charged batteries that are built into the building's enclosure, and at night, which is an advantage over the number of chargers offered in the market.
