Purpose of the development: To modernize the boilers in order to increase their efficiency and save natural gas.

Recommended application field: Communal services.

Technical characteristic: Burners with a capacity of 3 MW with a regulation factor of 5, NOx concentration <= 180 mg / Nm3; CO <= 100 mg / Nm3 at 3% O2; as well as the convective part made of pipe d = 32 mm, the flue gas temperature at the outlet will be <= 120 ° C.

Advantages over analogues: Short payback period among alternative options for improving the efficiency of natural gas use by boilers of 4-10 MW, incl. Compared with new domestic or imported boilers. Introduction during repair is possible. Efficiency increase from 89-90% to 94-96%.

The development stage readiness: Introduced in production

Technical and economic effect: The economy of natural gas in one TVG-8 boiler is 172 thousand m3 / year. Payback period (1 year).
