CAVITATION PULSE INSTALLATION
Purpose of the development:
Preparation of coal-water fuel for subsequent combustion in thermal energy boilers.
Recommended application field:
Power engineering, CHP, utility boilers.
Technical characteristic:
The installation makes it possible to obtain water-coal fuel from coal, anthracite and sludge concentrates with a degree of dispersion of solid particles 90% less than 50.0 microns.
Advantages over analogues:
One developed pulse cavitation unit replaces 7 bead or 6 ball mills. Unlike the analogs, there are no moving parts and automation elements in the cavitation-pulse oscillator. Significantly reduced energy costs per unit of production. The installation has a simple design, high performance and a wide range of regulation of cavitation-cumulative effects.

Description of the development:
() The essence of the technology consists in using the phenomenon of periodical-breakdown cavitation in a slurry stream for dispersing and homogenizing a coal-water slurry (HBC) and producing fuel suitable for direct combustion in furnaces of thermal boilers.
