The process includes the cultivation of seed mycelium of selected high-performance strains, formation of the composition and procedures for the preparation of an elective substrate from the waste of the agro-industrial complex and the forest industry, inoculation, cultivation of mycelium and fruit bodies in substrate blocks under controlled microclimate conditions, conditions of drying, grinding, extraction of biologically active substances.
