Advantages over analogues: The development is characterized by the absence of harmful factors (smoky gases), and is also focused on small farms. According to preliminary calculations, the use of induction type heatgenerator in the systems of drying agricultural products, for example, with a capacity of up to 30 kW, will allow you to make a profit of up to 200 thousand UAH / year with a payback period of 6 months with an installation capacity of up to 1000 kg / h Replacing the mineral fuel in the process of drying grain, which is necessary to create a hot heat carrier for electrical energy, can provide energy saving up to 30% (due to the development of renewable energy sources) and improve the sustainability of dryers. Dryers based on induction type heatgenerators have a significantly shorter time to reach the nominal mode of operation as compared to installations based on the combustion of mineral fuels, which contributes to an increase in production volumes and a reduction in labor costs per unit of production.
