TRANSFER OF INNOVATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES

TECHNOLOGY "WARM WALLS" - ENERGY-ACTIVE HEAT INSULATION OF BUILDINGS

Purpose of the development: The technology solves the problem of rising costs for heating / conditioning of residential and industrial buildings by increasing their energy efficiency by reducing heat loss and generating additional heat and electricity.

Recommended application field: Companies for the construction of residential and industrial buildings, utilities, owners of individual dwellings.

Advantages over analogues: The use of passive thermal insulation, such as polystyrene, is ineffective, blocks the natural ventilation of the walls, leads to the formation of fungus. This leads to the destruction of walls, which is why foam in developed countries is practically not used. The innovativeness of the "Warm Walls" is based on the use of a helioprofile (panels), which are a further development of existing solar systems and solar cells using advanced solutions that are used to heat stabilize spacecraft. The solution helps: - save significant money - reduces the cost of heating / cooling buildings; - receive hot water for heating and domestic needs; - receive electricity from the Sun (FEP); - receive additional profit under the Green Tariff program; - improve comfort in residential and work premises.

The development stage readiness: Tested experimental exploitation order

Technical and economic effect: The use of a seasonal heat accumulator will reduce energy costs for heating buildings by accumulating heat from the sun and returning it if necessary during the heating season.

Description of the development:
()
"Warm walls" is a technology to improve the energy efficiency of buildings by adding energy-active heat-insulating elements (new generation panels and solar collectors) to the existing climate control system. These panels simultaneously perform the functions of decorative decoration, insulation and an active transducer of thermal and solar energy. The resulting hot water is used for hot water supply and heating as an additional heat source. The technology allows to reduce heating and hot water supply costs by 2.5–3 times, and additionally receive electricity that can be supplied to the network at the “green tariff”. Integration with modern IT technologies of the smart home will allow you to efficiently and quickly manage the indoor climate, optimally consume energy resources, keep records and predict their consumption depending on the mode of use of the premises and weather forecast. Elements of the "Warm walls" have already been tested at several facilities and have shown their effectiveness.
