Purpose of the development: For liquid complex fertilizers.

Recommended application field: In agricultural enterprises, fertilizer producers.

Technical characteristic: A mobile plant for the production of complex liquid nitrogen-containing fertilizers allows you to get the target product with a high nitrogen content (up to 30% wt.). A flexible production line allows to obtain complex liquid nitrogen-containing fertilizers with a wide range of nitrogen and phosphorus content (up to 20% by weight of nitrogen and 8.5% by weight of phosphorus) and, if necessary, with the addition of trace elements. Productivity of the production line is up to 15 t / h for the finished product.

Advantages over analogues: Development advantages are: - reduction of economic and energy costs for the processing of agricultural land; - reduction of the negative impact on the soil surface due to the reduction of technological passes of equipment on the cultivated area; - reduction of transport costs for the delivery of liquid complex fertilizers to the place of use or even the elimination of the stage of automobile delivery to the place of use; - increase the efficiency of assimilation of nutrients by plants compared with solid mineral fertilizers.
