The development of new and improvement of existing methods and tools for pre-sowing stimulation of seeds using a high-frequency electromagnetic field, which would be universal, inexpensive, structurally and technologically simple, environmentally friendly, is an urgent scientific and practical task, the solution of which improves the process of crop production. Excess moisture in the spring should be used to the maximum, which is possible only with rapid germination and development of plants. This can be realized by applying pre-sowing stimulation of seed germination.
