AEROION FOOD PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY
Purpose of the development:
For energy-efficient production of foodstuffs that are resistant to storage at positive temperatures without any chemical preservatives or stabilizers.
Recommended application field:
Food industry.
Technical characteristic:
The technology is based on proprietary electrophysical generators of low-energy air ions (aero ions).
- productivity - 90 tons per year,
- ion energy 20-50 keV,
- power consumption - 150 watts.
The technology is implemented at ordinary room temperature and unregulated humidity.
Advantages over analogues:
It has no analogues in Ukraine. It differs from foreign analogues in lower power consumption, low cost and ease of use. Increases production hygiene and does not affect the environment.
