TRANSFER OF INNOVATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES

DIAGNOSTIC COMPLEX FOR NON-DESTRUCTIVE CONTROL OF ASYNCHRONOUS ELECTRIC MOTORS


Purpose of the development: The complex is intended for diagnostics of asynchronous electric motors both separately and as part of an electric drive of operating equipment.

Recommended application field: Industrial enterprises of all forms of ownership using equipment with asynchronous electric drive.

Advantages over analogues: The use of diagnostic equipment makes it possible to reduce the number of repairs and maintenance of electric motors up to 50%. The complex can significantly reduce direct financial costs associated with the unpredictable failure of equipment and, as a result, a violation of the process; to avoid reducing the quality of finished products, spoilage of raw materials or finished products; to exclude significant (up to 3-5%) indirect overhead costs of electricity due to increased energy consumption of damaged motors.

The diagnostic complex solves the following tasks: 1) local and remote control of the electric motor (switching on and off from the local control station; switching off when the protections are activated; blocking the local switching on after the internal protections of the emergency level are triggered) 2) protect and ensure the safety of the controlled equipment (overload protection, reducing the supply voltage, overheating, increased vibration, control of the unit free-running time after disconnecting from the network); 3) diagnostics of defects of the electric motor according to the consumed power (diagnostics of defects in the state of the electric motor, control of the presence of burned rods in the rotor; diagnostics of the foundation) 4) telemechanics (the ability to remotely turn on and off the information system of a higher level, control the operating time and consumed electricity, transfer information about the state of equipment to information systems of a higher level).
