ENERGY-EFFICIENT WALL FENCING CONSTRUCTION FROM STEEL COLD-FORMED ELEMENTS
Purpose of the development:
To ensure a comfortable microclimate in the premises of civil and industrial buildings in which enclosing structures with heat-conducting inclusions are designed, in accordance with the thermal engineering requirements.
Recommended application field:
Enterprises manufacturing building structures.
Advantages over analogues:
In the course of the studies, it was found that the presence of a heat-insulating layer of polystyrene concrete on the supporting profile in the building envelope reduces the value of the reduced heat transfer resistance to 10%.

Description of the development:
() The wall enclosure with a heat-conducting inclusion, which consists of U-shaped profiles working in conjunction with the concrete component, is energy efficient, since the thermal insulation of the steel profile is carried out by filling polystyrene concrete with the space that forms between it and the corrugated board. In this case, the wave height of the corrugated board should be opposite the heat-conducting inclusion, and the corrugated board itself plays the role of a fixed formwork.
