BIODIESEL FUEL PRODUCTION LINE

To obtain biodiesel from vegetable and animal fats.

Technical characteristic:
The line capacity is 200 l / h for the consumed energy consumption of 5.5 kW / h.
Advantages over analogues:
The developed production line includes a number of innovative machines, in particular: reactor mixes for implementing the process of etherification of processed raw materials; vibrocentrifugal machine for separating the finished biodiesel from glycerin; active filtration system of basic raw materials; infrared devices for intensifying the course of chemical reactions and a hydrogenation system for the resulting fuel.

Description of the development:
() Obtaining biodiesel is based on the reaction, the esterification of vegetable and animal fats into methyl esters of fatty acids. The proposed equipment makes it possible to obtain biodiesel with a low freezing point by removing wax and paraffins from the lubricant. The lubricant is pre-subjected to winterization in the installation, after which it enters the mold. After crystallization of the wax and paraffins is completed, the oil enters the mixer, where it is mixed with perlite, after which it is pumped into the filter. The lubricant purified from waxes and paraffins enters the storage tank. The prepared oil from the tank is fed into the reactor, where from the desolver in a proportion, which is determined depending on its type and quality, an alkaline-alcohol solution is simultaneously supplied. In the reactor, the lubricant is heated to the required temperature using the built-in heat exchanger, as well as a heater. The operation of the heat exchanger is provided by an electric boiler. After the esterification reaction is completed, the working mixture enters the sump, where the finished biodiesel is separated from glycerol. Glycerin is separated into a container, and biodiesel is additionally cleaned of possible impurities in the filters, pre-mixed with adsorbent in the mixer, and then fed to the finished product warehouse.
