TECHNOLOGY OF PRODUCTION OF NATURAL PROTEIN-CALCIUM COMPLEX
Purpose of the development:
For special dietary nutrition for patients with disorders of the musculoskeletal system and sports nutrition.
Recommended application field:
Food industry.
Technical characteristic:
Contains 80% protein, 10% minerals, of which 50-60% are calcium. It is an instant extract from protein and mineral substances of secondary poultry containing collagen.
Advantages over analogues:
The developed technology has no analogues in Ukraine. A combination of original biotechnological techniques for processing raw materials allows for effective decalcification of bone tissue and significantly intensify the process of extraction of protein and mineral substances. As a result of the use of the proposed technology, up to 50% of the protein passes into the digestible form of the body easily digestible, and calcium into the biologically active citrate form.
