ACOUSTIC NOISE OF METEOROLOGICAL LOCATORS WITH SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION OF STATISTICAL SIGNAL PROCESSING

Given the foregoing and given that the proposals for noise coddars and theoretical aspects of their application were first considered in the publications of the authors of this project, to which there are references of foreign researchers, it can be assumed that the scientific and technical products created in their scientific and technological level and basic indicators exceed the world level, it will be open for further development and improvement in work with interested customers.

Description of the development:
() To develop and justify the measurement method, the design of the device and the software for its normal functioning, it is proposed to consider the properties of the studied object - air space - as a complex random field whose properties are due to turbulent air flows. The use of a noise sounding signal is a new method in acoustic location studies and can significantly improve the resolution of the locator. The use of such an acoustic signal makes it possible to compress the reflected pulse thousands of times during processing and thereby increase the resolution both in range and in Doppler shift, that is, in speed.
