To develop and justify the measurement method, the design of the device and the software for its normal functioning, it is proposed to consider the properties of the studied object - air space - as a complex random field whose properties are due to turbulent air flows. The use of a noise sounding signal is a new method in acoustic location studies and can significantly improve the resolution of the locator. The use of such an acoustic signal makes it possible to compress the reflected pulse thousands of times during processing and thereby increase the resolution both in range and in Doppler shift, that is, in speed.
