ELECTRICAL CONDUCTIVE MATERIAL


Purpose of the development: A composite material based on polyurethane with 18-molybdodiphosphate is intended for determination of reducing agents, oxidizing agents, and redox potential in biomedical and clinical trials, studies of contamination of raw materials, environmental objects, and in the analysis of pharmaceuticals, agricultural products, and food products.

Recommended application field: Composite material and electrochemical electrode can be used in analytical laboratories of chemical, food, pharmaceutical and other industries, in metrological centers.

Advantages over analogues: The created electrochemical electrode for the determination of reducing agents has improved analytical characteristics: expressness, simplicity in performance, reproducibility, versatility, sensitivity, long service life. 18-molybdodiphosphate is a promising reusable reagent for multiple use, its reaction with some substances occurs almost instantly, it is possible to determine several substances in the joint presence.

The synthesis of polymer composite materials with 18-molybdodiphosphate based on polyurethane and graphite powder as an electrically conductive material was carried out. In the developed material, an 18-molybdodiphosphate oxidizing reagent is used, which interacts directly with the analyte, with the detection of changes in the concentration of the reagent, which ensures greater reliability and accuracy of the analysis.
